My adventure with the PCC Group has started when I finished my studies in 2013. My everyday work at a modern Instrumental Lab is interesting and full of challenges. Additionally, the opportunity of working with specialists and lab equipment when applying the HPLC, GC, IR, IC, ICP-OES methods, have resulted in my professional development. The qualitative and quantitative testing, calibration and maintenance of instruments, as well as participation in various deployment projects have significantly helped me raise my competences, pursue self-development and have given me a great deal of satisfaction.
My adventure with the PCC Group began just after defending my Master's thesis in 2014. What I like at my work? Every day brings new challenges and there is no room for boredom or routine. At the PCC Group, I cooperate with people and entities which ask for support from us in the form of a donation or sponsorship. Additionally, I organise different events which take place at our company. Their range is very wide - including business meetings, conferences, sports tournaments, open days and family picnics for our employees. Another thing which gives me a lot of satisfaction is the responsibility for the corporate newsletter, PCC Chem News.
I have been working for PCC since 2005. I was first employed as a Process Operator at the Chlorobenzenes Department in the Chlorine Business Unit. Since then I have had the opportunity to work as a Production Foreman, Head of the Production Department and currently as the Deputy Director for Production.
The individual stages of my professional career have enabled me to learn the full scope of tasks and obligations performed by staff in the production division. I take great pleasure in keeping in contact with employees at different levels of organisation and enjoy the atmosphere at the company. In my work I mostly value the highly interesting and varied range of my professional duties, which give me great satisfaction and allow me to enjoy my work.
