The protection of your personal data during the recruitment processes carried out by the PCC Group companies is very important to us, that is why below we present the PRINCIPLES of PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA resulting from recruitment processes, in which you will find a description of the recruitment process, information about ADO and the data that we require during recruitment processes (in accordance with Article 22 1 (1) of the Labour Code).

1. Range of data received. Sources of personal data.

In order to respond to our job offers via the website kariera.pcc.eu or job advertisements (e.g. pracuj.pl), before submitting your CV you must complete the application form with the following data:

Candidates who decide to contact the employer directly may leave their application documents at the PCC Reception Desk or PCC Main Gate in Brzeg Dolny (4 Sienkiewicza Street) in boxes specially placed for this purpose and accessible only to personnel of the HR department.

Only the following data should be included in the CV given to the PCC:

  • first name and last name

  • contact details indicated by the Candidate
  • education

Any additional information is provided on your initiative and with your consent.

2. The purpose of data processing?

We process personal data for the needs necessary to implement the current recruitment process, and if additional consent is expressed, also for future recruitment processes in the PCC Group. In addition, the data will be processed for purposes related to the potential disputes between the Candidate and the Personal Data Controller (the legal basis for its processing is in this case legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller).

When applying for a specific job offer, you have 2 options to consent to the processing of your personal data:

  • Consent to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of recruitment for one specific position in one of the PCC companies. After the recruitment process your application will not be considered for other positions and / or in other companies in the PCC Group.
  • Consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of future recruitment processes for other positions in all companies in the PCC Group. Granting this consent will mean that you will not have to send your CV again for similar vacancies in other PCC Group companies and the HR department employee will be able to contact you if in the future there is a vacancy in the PCC Group corresponding to your education and competences.

3. Who is the Personal Data Controller?

Your application and the personal data contained therein are transferred to the HR department of CWB "Partner". CWB "Partner" is a company from the PCC Rokita Group, which provides recruitment, HR and payroll services for employees of the PCC Group. Thus, the Personal Data Controller of personal data provided in the inquiry for a job offer and other data collected during the recruitment process is Centrum Wspierania Biznesu "Partner" Sp. z o.o. seated in Brzeg Dolny, 4 Sienkiewicza Street (56-120) (hereinafter: "Personal Data Controller"). We process the data for the needs necessary to implement the current recruitment process, and if additional consent is expressed, also for future recruitment processes.

Access to personal data provided during the recruitment process is granted exclusively to: employees of the HR department, managers / directors looking for candidates for their teams and specialists appointed by managers. All persons involved in recruitment process from the employer side have the authorization to process personal data for recruitment.

4. The rights of the data subject

Each candidate has the right to obtain information on their personal data processed by the PCC Group, its source, purpose and recipients of the data. Everyone has the right to access their Data, including the right to obtain copies of such Data, request rectification, delete or limit of processing, transfer it to another Personal Data Controller (unless the basis for its processing is the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller), as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for the Personal Data Protection.

A request to delete data means resignation from further participation in recruitment processes and will result in immediate deletion of your data. In the above-mentioned cases, please contact our Data Protection Supervisor by mail or e-mail.

We also encourage you to read the following INFORMATION CLAUSE:

Information clause

If you want to present your application - fill out the form above - you have to provide data marked as "required". Providing your data is voluntary, but if you do not, you will not be able to send us your application via the form.

Please be advised that the Personal Data Controller of your personal data (hereinafter: "Data") provided in your application and other data collected during the recruitment process is Centrum Wspierania Biznesu "Partner" Sp. z o.o. seated in Brzeg Dolny, 4 Sienkiewicza Street (56-120) (hereinafter: "Personal Data Controller"). We process your data for the needs of the current recruitment process, and if you have agreed, also for future recruitment processes for similar positions.

The legal ground for the processing of your Data is: taking action at the request of the data subject, before concluding the contract, the provisions of applicable law, in particular the Labour Code and executive acts, and in the broader scope than specified in these provisions or for the future recruitment processes - your consent.

We will also process your Data for purposes related to the potential disputes between you and the Personal Data Controller (the legal basis for its processing is in this case the Personal Data Controller’s interest).

At the same time, we can create a summary of information about you based on the received Data - your professional profile (in this case, the legal basis for data processing is also our legitimate interest in finding and adjusting job positions that may suit your preferences). Of course, you can object to our actions.

The Personal Data Controller manages, supervises and often identifies recruitment needs within the PCC Group, so in order for your application to be used in the most effective manner, we ask you to grant access to your Data, including the summary created by the Personal Data Controller, to selected companies from PCC Group [hyperlink https://www.pcc.eu/pcc-na-swiecie/?lang=pl], which will increase your chances of employment (we do not allow all companies from the PCC Group to have access to your Data, but only those whose recruitment processes correspond to your profile). Due to the high flexibility and dynamic changes within the PCC Group personnel policy, including policy of those entities that ultimately would be your employer, the lack of such consent in practice makes it impossible to participate in the recruitment processes within the PCC Group.

Companies that receive your Data will only be able to process it to the extent and for the purposes covered by the consents you expressed above for the Personal Data Controller - this means that if you do not agree to participate in the future recruitment processes, also companies that, with your permission, will receive your Data, will not be able to process it for this purpose.

Your consents (or some of them) can be withdrawn at any time - however, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing we will have made before they are withdrawn (however, due to the issues referred to above, withdrawing your consent to disclosure of your Data to companies from the PCC Group in practice means your withdrawal from the recruitment process).

The Data is stored by the Personal Data Controller for the purposes set out above for the duration of the recruitment process or, depending on your additional voluntary consent, for future recruitment processes or until the consent is withdrawn, and it will be deleted in each case two years after its receipt, unless the law obliges us to process this Data for a longer period, or we will keep it longer in case of potential claims, during the limitation period prescribed by law, in particular the labour code or civil code (in each case a longer processing period applies).

You have the right to access your Data, including the right to obtain a copy of such Data, request rectification, delete or limit its processing, transfer it to another Personal Data Controller (unless the basis for its processing is the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Controller), as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for the Personal Data Protection.

Your Data may be transferred to entities that technically or organizationally help us recruit employees, (including communication with candidates), provide support and operation of our ICT tools and systems (e.g. data storage) and provide ongoing legal services, including, in the framework of the above activities, for companies from the PCC Group.

If you have any questions regarding your Data, please contact our Data Protection Supervisor at the e-mail address: .
