In this role you will report to Business Unit Director Agrochemicals and develop and execute the sales & marketing growth strategy for PCC Exolu2019s Agrochemical Surfactants Business Unit in USA at its subsidiary company PCC Chemax Inc. Furthermore, you will develop, maintain, and maximize long-term relationships with customers and distributors, and work closely with, Production, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Marketing, Research & Development and other cross-functional teams to execute the strategy and deliver profitable growth.
Qualifications
n The following are required for the role

- n
- University degree in agriculture, chemistry or any other science-related field (Bachelor or higher)
- Several years of professional experience in Agriculture Crop Protection business, with an experience in a sales-related role and has solid business relationships with key customers
- Working knowledge of agriculture customers, market trends, and technologies present on the USA market
- Experience gained at agricultural surfactant industry is a big plus
- Strong cross-functional player who can work effectively across teams and drive results
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategies generating positive results
- Self-directed and independent working style
- Track record of being a problem solver with both customer (formulations, quality) and internal (logistics, packaging etc.)
- Energetic, self-motivated
- Demonstrated responsible and ethical behavior at all times
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned country (around 50%)
- Requirement for a full driving license
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, and CRM tools

- Delivers the business plan for the assigned accounts in USA: sales volume, revenues and margins
- Travel, arrange meetings, handle and grow business at assigned distribution and direct customers
- Fully responsible for cost management such as Travel, Entertainment and other expenses associated with sales activities within allocated budget
- Identify key stakeholders within the customersu2019 organization to build and foster strong relationships leading to mutually beneficial partnerships
- Coordinates activities related to the projects with the Customer on the products application and development. Closely cooperate with Technical Experts to make sure project meets Customer needs
- Proactively seeks information about Customers strategy and product launches
- Work together with external and internal regulatory teams to secure and maintain regulatory compliance for PCC Exolu2019s products
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product Manager, and R&D teams to generate appropriate field data and marketing materials to help drive awareness and demand for PCC Exolu2019s Agrochemical Surfactants
- Effectively collect market intelligence and translate it into robust marketing and innovation strategy to support growth in the USA
- Ensure that Sales activities are in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to the region/country as well as with the PCC Exol internal policy
