- has solid knowledge of the Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) market
- has proven commercial experience supported by measurable achievements and references
- is willing to travel frequently within France (valid driving license)
- is a strong team player, focused on achieving shared objectives
- demonstrates high emotional intelligence
- has excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- works creatively, independently, and proactively
- speaks French and English fluently (mandatory)
- knowledge of Polish will be considered an additional asset
- has practical knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- taking actions aimed at exploring new market opportunities in France analyzing customer needs and promoting tailored SPF solutions
- supporting PCC Prodex in increasing market share across France
- initiating and facilitating commercial negotiations between PCC Prodex and its clients
- initiating and supporting marketing activities that drive sales and brand visibility
- continuously monitoring the market and competitor activities
- close cooperation and communication with internal departments (marketing, technical, logistics)
- ongoing reporting and working with a CRM system
