1. General

This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for using the PCC Group recruitment portal, available at kariera.pcc.eu (hereinafter: "Portal").

The Portal is operated by:

CWB "Partner" Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Sienkiewicza 4, 56-120 Brzeg Dolny, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 9th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000049551, NIP 988-019-01-72, REGON 932622639

for the purpose of implementing and supporting recruitment processes within the PCC Group.

2. Use of the Portal

The Portal allows you to browse job offers, submit applications via forms, and send inquiries, which may require the provision and processing of personal data.

Use of the Portal is voluntary.

Application documents may also be submitted in person by leaving them at the PCC Reception Desk in a sealed and signed envelope marked "Recruitment."

3. Cookies

The Portal uses cookies, which are small text files stored on the end device when using the website.

As a rule, these files do not contain personal data and do not allow direct identification of the person visiting the website.

The information collected through them is of a technical or statistical nature and is used to ensure the proper functioning and optimization of the Portal.

The Portal uses two basic types of cookies:

• session cookies,
• persistent cookies.

Session cookies are temporary files stored on the end device until you log out, leave the website, or close your browser. Persistent cookies are stored on the end device for a specified period of time or until they are deleted.

In many cases, web browsers allow cookies to be stored on the end device by default.

Cookies can be deleted at any time or their storage can be blocked by changing the browser settings (also on a mobile phone or other device with Internet access).

Restricting the use of cookies may affect the proper functioning of some of the Portal's features.

4. Google Services

The Portal uses services provided by Google on its website:

• Google Analytics – a service that enables the analysis of website visit statistics. Detailed information on data processing within Google Analytics is available at:

It is possible to install a browser add-on that blocks data transmission to Google Analytics:

• Google reCAPTCHA – a service that allows verification that the data entered on the website (e.g., in a form) comes from a human and not from automated software. The analysis is performed automatically in the background when the website is opened. It may take into account various types of information (e.g., IP address, mouse movements, time spent on the website), which is then transmitted to Google.

5. Policy Changes

The Portal Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy.
